The Scottish Tourist Board, as such, does not trade any more, but Scotland's visitors
still use the term when searching the web. So Scotland Tourist Information can
be quite difficult to get it all in one easy to manage page. This is it.

This is one of the finest web sites in Europe. Maps of he regions, articles for tourists,
local stories, accommodation in good hotels, guest houses, Bed +Bs, self catering
and late availability.
The best list is the VisitScotland site but it is very irritating to see events that
finished months ago, and events for three months ahead, not listed (it is October)
Scottish Cities. Edinburgh is the capital, very famous for Princes Street, the gardens
and the magnificent castle, Glasgow is the fun city, Aberdeen for fishing fleets
and oil rigs, Inverness for the North. Glencoe, a village, is a gorgeous centre
for touring the renowned Highlands
